Short Biography
Bill Wadman is an American portrait photographer living in New York City. His editorial portrait work has been seen on the covers and pages of major publications throughout the world.
In 2007 Bill completed a year-long daily portrait project at 365portraits.com which won him praise from USA Today, the Times of London, Playboy, and was chosen as Yahoo! Site of the Day.
The Drabbles series of cinematic portraits garnered a solo show at New York's SoHo Photo Gallery in 2010 and inclusion in a juried exhibit at the John B. Aird Gallery in Toronto in May of 2012.
Inspired by a number of professional dancers, Bill completed his long-exposure series 'Motion' in 2009. The images have been featured in numerous magazines including Eloquence, Popular Photography, and PhotoYou.
The January 2013 book Adobe Master Class: Photoshop features a chapter on Bill's work including a walk-through of his compositing and post-production workflow
Bill is a member of American Society of Media Photographers (ASMP)
